We are a family owned business located in Corpus Christi, Texas. All of our furniture is made in the USA. Pipe Creations is the proud manufacturer of premier quality custom PVC patio furniture and other unique outdoor products since 1980.  Our patio furniture NEVER rusts or needs refinishing - unlike other products such as metal or wooden furniture.  Our fabrics are the best on the market with a tight weave but plenty of breathe ability and looks great with minimal care.  So if you are looking for a product that looks great and will last for years this is it! We have several styles of chairs, rockers, recliners, loungers, swings, love seats, as well as tables, serving carts, outdoor games, pool accessories, fish cleaning tables, boating equipment and more.   Umbrellas can be made to match any of our fabrics. 

Our Grandees are designed with the Big and Tall (XL, XXL or XXXL+) person in mind or anyone who likes the feel of a larger chair. Too many of the “off the shelf” chairs are just too flimsy, hard to get in and out of and down right risky to sit on. Recently, a major retailer recalled thousands of sets of metal patio furniture because of the risk injury due to collapse, you never have that problem with Pipe Creations furniture. Several Bariatric journals indicated that we are becoming wider and heavier than ever before so the norm needs to shift to larger chairs. Our Grande chairs serve individuals that weigh 250 pounds or more (some refer to 450 pounds or more as the target for those who need bariatric furniture and equipment). Our Grande and our newest and largest furniture Grande XL: High Back, Glider/Rocker, Love Seats, Recliners, Ottomans, Sofas, Ottomans, and Chaise Loungers meet those needs. This furniture is over 1 ½ to 8 inches wider, half to one inch deeper and one inch taller than our regular chairs. Our inspiration was to make a reasonably priced, good looking, long lasting furniture that allows everyone to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine while feeling safe and secure from collapsing chairs and the easy in and out adds to the secure feel.
